Sesshin in Rians, Aix-en-Provence region Zen Dojo : 6 – 8 nov 2026

Arrival: Thursday 5 Nov – after  17:30 / Diner at 20h30

Departure: Sunday 8 Nov – Early afternoon, after samu

Remember to bring: 

• A kimono or loose fitting, subdued coloured clothing
• A zafu (if you don’t have one, please let the dojo know and one will be provided for you)
• A zafuton or a dark-coloured blanket (the floor is tiled)
• A sleeping bag, or sheets and blankets
• Bowls, cutlery and cloths to wrap them
• a torch
