Discover Zen Week – La Gendronnière  Zen Temple 16-21 July

These Discovery Weeks are specially designed for those who wish to explore the path of Zen within a Buddhist monastery. This progressive experience will allow you to participate every day in teachings and enriching exchanges with elders of the tradition. You will immerse yourself in the values ​​of community life and experience the ceremonies and rituals emblematic of this age-old tradition.
