Tenborin 2024 Summer Session – Domaine du Fan<\/h2>\n

Welcome yourself and others with kindness and full attention, with complete simplicity.<\/p>\n

The world needs peace, kindness and brotherhood more than ever. Real change can only come from within and we must initiate it ourselves. By practicing the Bodhisattva Way together we develop within ourselves wisdom and joy.<\/p>\n

Their influence around us transforms the world. This is the best way to help beings.<\/p>\n

For this year 2024, we will be in a new place that is truly conducive to our practice, surrounded by nature (www.domainedufan.com) for a period of 9 days: A 5-day \u201cpreparation\u201d period punctuated by 3 daily zazen, teisho (teachings), samu (services for the community) and thematic workshops.<\/p>\n

This preparation will be followed by a day of rest, then a sesshin (intensive practice) where the delivery of the precepts will take place, also called ordination of bodhisattvas.<\/p>\n

Zoom Zazen, online, continues each Saturday during the summer.<\/p>\n

August Session Organisation :<\/h3>\n

Arrival for whole Session<\/strong>: 18 August – Afternoon, Supper at 20:00.
\nPreparation<\/strong> : 19 – 23 August
\nRest Day<\/strong> : 24 August.
\nArrival for Sesshin<\/strong>: 24 August, Supper at 20:00.
\nSesshin\u00a0<\/strong> :\u00a0 25 – 27 August (mid day).
\nAGM for Tenborin Zen Association <\/strong>: Tuesday 27 August, Afternoon.
\nDepart<\/strong>: Wednesday 28th August – morning<\/p>\n
