DESCRIPTION:Tenborin 2024 Summer Session – Domaine du Fan\nREGISTER HERE\nLive the experience of a zen retreat\, together\n\nWelcome yourself and others with kindness and full attention\, with complete simplicity. \nThe world needs peace\, kindness and brotherhood more than ever. Real change can only come from within and we must initiate it ourselves. By practicing the Bodhisattva Way together we develop within ourselves wisdom and joy. \nTheir influence around us transforms the world. This is the best way to help beings. \nFor this year 2024\, we will be in a new place that is truly conducive to our practice\, surrounded by nature (www.domainedufan.com) for a period of 9 days: A 5-day “preparation” period punctuated by 3 daily zazen\, teisho (teachings)\, samu (services for the community) and thematic workshops. \nThis preparation will be followed by a day of rest\, then a sesshin (intensive practice) where the delivery of the precepts will take place\, also called ordination of bodhisattvas. \nZoom Zazen\, online\, continues each Saturday during the summer. \nAugust Session Organisation :\nArrival for whole Session: 18 August – Afternoon\, Supper at 20:00.\nPreparation : 19 – 23 August\nRest Day : 24 August.\nArrival for Sesshin: 24 August\, Supper at 20:00.\nSesshin  :  25 – 27 August (mid day).\nAGM for Tenborin Zen Association : Tuesday 27 August\, Afternoon.\nDepart: Wednesday 28th August – morning \nPrices for the Session – Different types of lodging are available:\n(The top prices are with SHARED bathroom\, vs. the bottom – with Private Bathroom.  Dortoir=Dorm\, Chambre=Room) \n \nREGISTER HERE\nDomain du Fan – The Location\n87360 Verneuil-Moustiers \nBy Train : From Paris-Montparnasse (TGV) to Poitiers\, then change trains to  “Le Dorat” Staiton
